Our process - How we work
We recognize the distinctiveness of each medical school applicant, and embrace it. Instead of providing you with individual packages or tiers to select from, we offer a flexible framework that empowers you to customize your application process according to your unique needs and aspirations.
Introductory Meeting
You'll meet one-on-one with your assigned physician mentor. At this initial meeting, we'll discuss your needs, goals, and specific areas of focus.
At this meeting, you'll decide if you want your time spread out evenly between personal statement writing and editing, application editing, interview prep, or any other areas of focus, or if you'd prefer to primarily focus on just one or two areas.
At this meeting, we'll finalize the fee structure to make sure we have a plan in place to meet your needs. At this stage, your payment is 100% refundable; we want to make sure we have a plan in place to achieve the results you seek, with a fair price.

Application Review
Based on your pre-determined areas of focus (Phase 1), we'll get to work right away. You can expect tangible results within about a week (on average, our physician mentors will turnaround a personal statement in less than week, though results may vary).
We'll follow up with you if we haven't heard from you to make sure you're still on track.
You'll have email access to your mentor up until your first interview. Mentors are usually quick to respond within a day, though this sometimes varies based on their call schedule. Though rare, if you have any issues with your mentor, we encourage you to contact us right away.
Submission & Interview Prep
Once your application is submitted and you start receiving interview invitations, you'll want to be prepared for the day you meet with your first interviewer. Many applicants make it this far and unfortunately wing their interview, hampering their shot of acceptance.
We'll work with you to fine tune your answers before your big day. Practice makes perfect , and once you have your first interview under your belt, you'll be well prepared to tackle the rest!
The details - We try to keep it simple.
Our flat rate covers you for a thorough personal statement review with edits, a one-on-one meeting to go through your application, and continued guidance until your application is submitted. Once your application is submitted, we'll continue to advise you until you have your first interview.
- Personal Statement. You provide the personal statement. We provide the edits. Don't have a personal statement? Don't fret - we can draft you one.
- ACMAS/AACOMAS/TMDSAS Review. Don't submit a wordy application that highlights trivial information. Now's the time to really showcase your accomplishments in a compelling way to the admission committee.
- Interview Prep & Support. You're halfway there. We'll go through some practice questions until your delivery is spot on for interview day.
